Amenities
Hacienda Del Sol II is located right on the beach with easy access to the water through our beautiful landscaped yard. We have a sun deck right on the beach for just sitting around and talking.

There is an air conditioned clubhouse with a full kitchen. The clubhouse also has changing rooms, and bathrooms so there is no need to go back upstairs. The clubhouse can be reserved to special occasions and parties through our property manager. And there are 2 gas grills available for barbequing right next to the clubhouse.

There are 2 heated pools, an adult pool and a kids pool. Loungers are placed around the pool and also on the patio overlooking the beach. We also have a shuffle board court for the family to play on.

There is plenty of boat and motorcycle parking available. And an elevator on each end of the building for quick and easy access to all 5 floors.

"My wife and I have enjoyed many hours in New Smyrna Beach taking walks, enjoying the fine restaurants and swimming in the ocean. We chose this location because it is close to all the major attractions in Florida, but still maintains a less hectic atmosphere that is great for family vacations. If you want to take fishing trips, go boating, shopping, or just enjoy the ocean at your doorstep this area has it all. I'm sure that you will grow to love this area as much as we do".
