Unit 311 - Our Condo Unit 311 is a one bedroom condo that has the capacity to sleep up to six people, four adults, and two children. Our bedroom has a California king sized bed (it's HUGE), a bonus room with children's bunk beds, and a pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. There are TV's with VCR/DVD in the bedroom and living room. We offer free cable TV and also wireless high speed internet access. The living room has a dining table with chairs, leather recliners, couch and coffee tables. The living room opens to our balcony with spectacular views of the beach, ocean and pool. We have just added a 20 inch flat screen TV in the living room with DVD and VCR. Many updates and fresh paint make this condo fresh and fun to stay in. If your looking to stay in, our condo has a full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, stove, toaster, coffee maker, and cheese/wine bar. My wife and I love to go out to dinner and having a kitchen is great for warming up leftovers for lunch or a snack. We also love to entertain so when we have friends in town we have them over for a home made dinner and drinks out on the balcony overlooking the ocean. It really makes for the perfect evening. Local telephone service and cable television are provided for your convenience, and of course we are air conditioned. There is a laundry room about 10 feet from our condo for a quick laundry run. We also provide all your linens, and bath towels. We do recommend that you bring beach towels if you have them to lay on your pool chair or the beach as the bath towels are really to small for that and we ask that you please don't remove them from the condo. Our unit has been completely remodeled in 2002 with all new 18 inch tile floors, new carpet, new paint, and a new bathroom with decorative tile. Since then we have been updating the condo with more new paint, paintings etc. to make it really fun. Maps and guides to local attractions are provided for your convenience in the condo. |
