$300 Security Deposit required to confirm reservation.  All rates and reserved units subject to change.  Please add $70 cleaning fee & 12.5% FL resort tax to all listed rates.  Any Special Events Weeks are 15% extra, such as Bike Week, Speed Week, 4th of July Week etc.  Spring Break weeks available.

If your week is booked, please e-mail us and we will try to locate another owner who has it open for you.  A simple e-mail can save you a lot of time.
