Unit 311 - Our Condo Unit 311 is a one bedroom condo that has the capacity to sleep up to six people. Our unit has a bedroom with a king sized bed, a bonus room with children's bunk beds, and a pull out Lazy Boy sleeper sofa. There is a TV with VCR in the bedroom with free cable. The living room has a dining table with chairs, brand new leather recliners, and opens to a balcony with spectacular views of the beach, ocean and pool. We have just added a 20 inch flat screen TV in the living room with DVD and VCR. New paint in 2004. Our condo also has a full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, stove, toaster, coffee maker, and small kitchen table. Local telephone service and cable television is also provided for your convenience. There is a laundry room about 10 feet from our condo for a quick cleaning. Our unit is air conditioned and heated for your comfort. We also provide all your linens, and bath towels. Our unit has been completely remodeled in 2002 with all new 18 inch tile floors, new carpet, new paint, and a new bathroom with decorative tile.
